Den, can just show us how you draw train doodles, we see the end result, so may we see the process?

Because you reminded me, I finally made a tutorial here

den2cypher:

I’ve been putting this off for a bit since I didn’t know how I’d go about on making a tutorial from my sketchbook.  This seems to be close enough though, so I did everything as if I was in the train.  No ctrl+z, and all that fun stuff.

Hopefully this is relatively useful. :D

hey, do you know of any good PS coloring tutorials? especially one that works from basics to the more complex stuff? What are your tips for coloring?

I’ve been following simple cartoon coloring processes like Gravity Falls as of late.    That’s pretty much how I went about on Princess Seamoose.   I won’t go about how to color more complex stuff because that’s books worth of studying, tutorials, and color theory.  Much rather not teach or say anything on something I’m not an expert at.  Tips on getting better though is probably looking at other artists and how they color.  You can try to do practices mimicking their colors styles, and you probably implement that in your own style.

As for tutorials that I go by all the time…
